The bottle contains 50ml of Magnesium sprays and lasts for approximately 500 sprays. Spray as often as needed, up to 5 sprays on one spot.

Purified H2O with monatomic, diatomic and nano-clusters of pure (elemental) magnesium. Contains no allergens. 100% absorbable.
Once opened, the product has a one-year shelf life. We use high-quality dark-violet glass for packaging, providing superior protection against oxidation and preserving product integrity.
No, the Nano Magnesium Relax spray is very gentle. It does not prickle or give any immediate sensation when it touches your skin. It does not cause any kind of discomfort.
You can spray the Relax spray on areas of muscular discomfort such as sore knees, neck, back, etc. You can rub it in or allow it to soak in naturally. We suggest that you don't put fabric on the area you've sprayed until the product has all soaked in so that it doesn't get absorbed by your garment, but instead soaks into your skin and muscles.
The Nano Magnesium 500ml or Nano Magnesium 1 Litre can be used as a refill for the "Relax" spray. Please be sure to always keep your nano mineral products in the dark violet glass they came in to assure highest quality and efficacy.
You can store it at room temperature but please do not take it out of its dark violet glass bottle (bottle looks nearly black but its actually dark violet glass with properties that help protect and extend the shelf life of the contents. It can be left on a countertop (with the top on) -- it does not need to be kept in a dark place. Nor do you need to refridgerate it. We recommend using the product within 12 months of opening it.
